In the Qing Dynasty, elm, Chinese scholartree, poplar and willow were planted here, green inched grass spread on the ground, with elk, rabbit and other wild little creatures going in and out sometimes. The garden is full of interest and the feature of the Mongolian grassland. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, the large - scale activities were often held here.
