Park has 800 milesof hiking trails. One of the park's most dramatic treks is the Rainbow Falls Trail which gains 1500 feet in elevation over a 2,7 - mile path to the base of Rainbow Falls, than continues another 4 miles to the summit of Mt. LeConte.
