I wonder that this card has received you as it looks for me like that the stamp is on old one before we all had € as currency! Nowadays you have to put a 75 cents stamp on postcards to send abroad, does not matter which country or whether it is inside Europe or not.

And this card was lying on the bottom of the box.The translation of the name of the blog is "the world is beautiful and small ".
